The short version
- The orders file you add is read inside your own browser. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Nothing you type or upload is stored. When you close the page, it's gone.
- The check sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tags, so there's no cookie banner to answer.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn't identify you.
Who we are
easyonlinetax.com is run by TENFEET LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 09894030, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For anything about privacy, email ali@easyonlinetax.com.
Your figures and files
When you add a Shopify orders export or type in monthly totals, the calculation runs on your device. The file never leaves your browser, so we can't see your orders, your customers' details or your totals. The PDF summary is also made on your device.
What our hosting records
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they open. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you and doesn't follow you to other sites. We can only see totals.
Fonts and scripts are served from our own site, so loading the page doesn't send your details to Google or any other font or script provider.
Links to other companies
The results suggest services such as accounting software, a business bank account and accountants. Some of these are affiliate or referral links, so we may receive a fee if you sign up. It doesn't change what you pay. Once you follow a link, that company's own privacy notice applies. We don't pass them any of your figures.
If you email us
If you contact us, we keep your email so we can reply, and delete it within 12 months unless we're still talking. We use it only to answer you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email ali@easyonlinetax.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
